USER_BLOCKCHAIN_ROW_VERSION_HISTORY provides a history of row versions in the blockchain tables owned by the current user. Its columns (except for SCHEMA_NAME) are the same as those in ALL_BLOCKCHAIN_ROW_VERSION_HISTORY.
